3D Printer

Today we introduce to you the 3D printer and laser ranging sensor solution.
3D printers, usually choose our phase ranging principle of laser measuring sensors, it mainly has the following advantages:
1. High precision: It has good precision, millimeter accuracy, so as to detect the distance between the printer hot bed and the nozzle in time, automatically adjust the height, and reduce the error.
2. High frequency: Medium frequency, 3Hz~20Hz, fast measurement speed, can detect the measurement distance in time.
3. Multi-interface data communication: serial port /USB/RS-232/RS-485/ Bluetooth etc., real-time measuring the distance, can be applied to various programming platforms, like arduino, Raspberry Pi, PLC, MCU etc.

Mobile camera
Distance measuring instrument (laser distance measuring sensor) is an intelligent distance measuring device, which can measure the distance, height and depth of the instrument to the target object.

Obstacle avoidance and ranging: during moving forward, the sweeping robot will encounter a variety of household items and people, etc., and ranging can help the sweeping robot avoid obstacles reasonably in operation; For some service robots with high stereoscopic degree, they can also be installed on the upper position, for the function and shape, that is the "eyes" of sweeping robot.
